A relaxed, practical 90-minute introduction for teens who would like to learn how to use a sewing machine safely and confidently.
Students will learn the main parts of their machine, how to thread it, wind and insert a bobbin, control their sewing speed, sew accurately and secure their stitches. They will practise on fabric before completing a small beginner project.
This session must be completed before attending our regular Teen Sewing Classes unless the student already has equivalent sewing-machine experience.
